General Information

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For items valued over €300, a 15% handling fee will be applied to the return. We understand that selecting the right size can be challenging, so we encourage you to contact us at montanamode01@gmail.com before placing your order if you are unsure about sizing. We are here to assist you.

In certain cases, we may make exceptions to the handling fee for returns. For instance, if you inquire before purchasing whether an item over €300 could be returned, or after placing an order, you may select the option to request a waiver of the 15% handling fee. While not guaranteed, we often grant such requests for returning customers as a token of our appreciation for your loyalty. Always keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy, as it is required for processing your return.

To initiate a return, you can contact us via mail: montanamode01@gmail.com we will provide you with a PDF form to fill out for your return package. After you’ve completed the form, you will receive a link to create a shipping label for the return (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer). Please include the filled-out return document with your package and send it back to us within 14 days of receiving it. If the 14-day period has passed, reach out to us at montanamode01@gmail.com, and we’ll determine if we can accommodate your return. Please be aware that returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of request items or gift cards.

Wrong Size

To expedite the exchange process if you’ve ordered an incorrect size, please place a new order for the item in your desired size immediately. In parallel, start the return process for the item you currently have. This ensures that you receive the correct size more quickly while we process your return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
